Senior Brand Manager - Clothing Chain (8-15 yrs)

To dynamically manage all aspects of our clients (Leading Clothing Chain) brand and image, both internally and externally. Effectively communicate and promote the co-op to the community through advertising and promotion, programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

- Develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management plan.

- Develop and maintain guidelines, systems and tools to ensure strong brand consistency across multiple platforms

- Maintain all web sites, electronic media pages, social media and other applications.

- Ensure consistency of all advertising, promotions and communication across platforms.  

- Manage selection, ordering and distribution of informational and promotional materials.

- Participate in the development and facilitation of special projects as needed to support & engage the membership and customers.

- Develop all in-store signage programs, ensuring consistency of programs and messaging

- Assist in coordinating in-store special events.

- Participate in department meetings to plan promotions, in-store messaging and merchandising.

- Work with Operations and Category Managers to coordinate advertising and other publicity for promotions. Produce publications for promotions - special flyers, coupons, recipes, and nutrition information.

- Develop and build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. m. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Sources and manages outside contracted agencies and design work as necessary (graphic design, packaging, PR, event planning, SEO/SEM agencies, etc.);

- Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager

- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote the co-op to external stakeholders, participate in co-op-sponsored events teams

- Develop and manage brand management budget, monitor key industry and consumer trends, review financial performance reports, monitor deviations from budget, and take corrective action as necessary following established procedures.

Qualification Profile

- Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field, and at least 8 years related experience

- Experience with managing budgets, working with employees at all company levels

- Ability to make critical decisions and enforce company brand standards across all areas of business

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to self-manage and direct multiple projects from concept to completion, accompanied by the ability to simultaneously oversee multiple ongoing tasks
