Position : Branch Head - Channel Sales
Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Job titles can be offered as Senior Branch Manager or Regional Sales Manager based on the credentials of the shortlisted profiles

Qualification: MBA / PGDPM from premium B Schools .
Experience: 4 to 5 Years of relevant work experience in B2C Sales (Channel Sales).
1. Job Purpose :
- To ensure and support Branch Sales Deliverables
2. Principal Accountabilities :
- B2C sales
- Plan and implement market strategy for the region
- Manage Sales and distribution for entire region in an open distribution model
- Manage secondary sales and demand activations
- Market intelligence and competition mapping
- Manage debtors with control on overdue and outstandings
- Responsible for Branch operations
- Warehouse Management
- Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch
- Managing people - 15 - 20 Company employees, 20 - 30 C & FA employees
- Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share
- Recruitment of frontline Sales force
- Training, development and effective deployment of sales personnel.
