- Support behavioural economics projects across our insurance value chain and geographies and lead sub-projects, Apply your knowledge to insurance specific behavioural pain points. Provide theory-informed expertise to clients
- Conduct behavioural research (quantitative and qualitative) and understand human decision-making
- Design better behavioural solutions, test them with scientific methods/business experiments, and support their adoption
- Embed within product design, data platforms and digital journeys
- Create strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues to deliver the best possible service to the clients. Bring insights gained from experts in other regions to the team
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification involving behavioural science (BA/MSc in Behavioural Science, Economics, Psychology), MSc/BSc Statistics, or related fields
- 2 to 7 + years proven experience in applying behavioural economics, hands-on knowledge and experience designing, implementing and evaluating behavioural field trials also consulting experience is an advantage
