Responsibilities:

- Strategic Client Management: Lead day-to-day Banking and business operations, foster and enhance client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive target achievement.

- Financial Oversight: Oversee daily cash transactions, ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping, and manage financial reporting.

- Advanced Product Sales: Strategically promote and sell a wide range of banking products including Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Mobile Banking, UPI, etc.

- Operational Leadership: Supervise daily banking operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

- Customer Advisory: Provide expert advice and education to customers on banking products and services, enhancing their banking experience. 6.

- Transaction Management: Oversee the collection of customer cheques, manage within-bank and inter-bank transfers, and handle complex banking transactions.

- Team Coordination: Ensure timely and smooth completion of daily tasks, supporting and guiding Junior Officers and Assistant Managers. 8. Employee Development: Lead training programs for bank employees, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively. 9. Critical Analysis: Exhibit strong critical thinking skills, making informed decisions and providing strategic insights.

- Communication Excellence: Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills in both local languages and English.

- Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of professional appearance and behavior, setting an example for the team and ensuring excellent customer interactions.
