1. To identify and create a data-base of prominent Real Estate Developers across India, and specifically in Mumbai and Western India and other prospective clients 2. To analysis the track record and credentials of the Real Estate Developers and other prospective clients 3.T o reach out to the prospective Real Estate Developers, whether independently identified and/or referred by the management, who are in need of funds for real estate projects 4. Create a Pitch Book specifically for the identified targets based on standardised Pitch Book incorporating Credentials of company and Offerings specially designed for the targets 5. Independently understand requirements of the Real Estate Developers and other prospects and collate the required information and data for higher level meetings 6. Organise meeting with the Top Management of the Real Estate Developer with the CEO and MD of the company 7. Maintain the Relationship at appropriate level till the pitch is converted into mandate 8. Act as Contact for the client and closely coordinate internally with the execution team once the mandate is generated until the conclusion Candidate: 1. Good understanding of the Real Estate Sector and its nuances 2. Pleasant Personality with the ability to engage the other side in a good conversation 3. Presentation and Excellent Communication Skills 4. Education: CA, MBA, BE
