Senior Auditor - Internal Audit & Data Analytics (5-9 yrs)
Purpose:
Develop, Implement data analytics driven processes for monitoring and execute Data Analytics reviews for Internal Audit. Implement Continuous Monitoring program using Data Analytics.
Qualification:
CA / ICWA / B.Tech / MBA with 5-9 years of experience in Analytics functions (Internal audit / Finance / Business Analytics) in any industry and ERP (SAP) environment with complete understanding on Table level data.
Certification in data analytics will be added advantage
Mandatory:
Hands on experience in implementation/execution of Data Analytics program, Experience on visualization tools, SQL, project management, certification in data analytics will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Analytics reviews as per Plan: To execute analytics reviews allocated as per the Plan by ensuring end to end delivery of the project including IN ORDER TO ensure completion of the reviews within given timeline.
Follow up for implementation of recommendations: Follow up for implementation of agreed actions from process owners in order to ensure timely implementation of action plans agreed.
People Management: On the job training to team members, observe their performance and provide specific and periodic appreciation on strengths and feedback on improvement areas, participate in goal setting and performance appraisal of team members, IN ORDER to ensure highly motivated team
Learning and Knowledge sharing: Involve in knowledge sharing activities of the team through suggestions of areas, making presentation on certain relevant topics, taking up relevant certification in order ensure development of self and team members.
Collaboration within Function: Work with the Internal Audit and SOX team members to continuously define and outline the analytics needed for the audits conducted by the function. Develop the necessary analytics to support Internal Audit engagements, and supports the Internal Audit team members as appropriate in the interpretation and clarification of analytics output.
