Qualification : MBA Power Management/Advance PG Diploma in Renewable Energy /PG Diploma in Electricity Regulations/Certified M& V Professional

Experience : 7 to 12 Years

Job Description : Day to day activities involve

- Set targets of marketing and execution with Energy consulting team, tendering related to power, renewable energy and monitor them on weekly basis

- Monitoring of Billing and cash realization

- Training of personnel - group training and individual training

- Periodic meeting with important clients

- Periodic review of EMDs and Bank Guarantees and targets of all persons.

- To review high value tender and express their interest, formally to tender team.

- Evaluate MIS of tenders

- Develop repeat business and conduct marketing on own or through other associates. Also monitor the tenders being filed and conduct necessary risk analysis and work with identification of private sector

- Develop commercial approach in each of the businesses and discuss with management

- To generate profitability such that efficient and effective resources can be paid salary higher than market

- Understand training requirements and conduct necessary training for associates who are doing marketing so that they are most productive and Set marketing targets of various associates for developing business and monitor the same

Expected Skills :

- Food Processing/Cluster Development/Sustainable Development/Power sector advisory

- Client Relationship Management skills
