Senior Associate Vice President - Corporate Real Estate

SAVP Corporate real estate

- Identify, investigate, and manage real estate transactions and opportunities for leases, purchases, developments, expansions and subleases for company's global / regional real estate portfolio

- Be an acknowledged leader in real estate. Utilize and communicate your knowledge and insights of the real estate industry in parallel

- Own and be responsible for the quality of company's leases and development transactions. Operate as a trusted advisor to the business driving key operational and financial benefits for company

- Be responsible for developing a detailed pipeline of real estate strategy to meet the needs of the business and negotiate directly with landlords, developers, and property owners.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to take a one team approach. Encourage trust-building relationships and proactive working across service lines in support of company's strategic real estate goals

- Responsible for being proactive to drive results and anticipate issues if any in order to mitigate rather than work in a reactive mode.

- Initiate regular team meetings to share relevant information, seek inputs, and resolve issues among team members and for the department at large.

- Create a responsive environment within the department with the objective of being highly customer centric to meet internal deadlines _ quick TAT on all pending issues.

- Monitor and report capacity planning.

Qualification :

- Graduate in Engineering from with Real estate industry specific knowledge / service industry background with working knowledge of functional area including projects.

- Experience 12 - 18 years
