Position: Senior Associate

Service Line : Transaction Advisory Services

Sub-Service line : Valuations

Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai

Shift Timings : 3 PM to Midnight.

Joining Time : Immediate

CTC : Up to 8.5 LPA

Qualifications and Requirements :

- MBA Finance / CFA (US) Level 2 cleared with 3 Years of relevant experience or Chartered Accountant with 2 years of relevant experience.

- Must have worked in the team supporting US based Valuations. Hands on experience with 409A valuation is mandatory.

- Performing financial modeling and valuations analysis for private (IRC 409A valuations) and public companies

- Financial Reporting Valuations : Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), Impairment Analyses and other related valuations

- Tax Compliance and Business Valuations : Valuation of privately held companies, including valuation under section 409A, ESOP valuations, business valuations and expensing schedules for employee stock options under FAS 123(R).

- Should have hands on experience of using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method and other valuation techniques.

- Writing overall valuation report including valuation analysis, company overview, industry overview and economic overview.
