Senior Associate - US Tax Reviewer

1. Assist in preparing and reviewing of Form 1065, Form 1120, Form 1120-S

2. Reviews previous tax returns and financial documents to identify missing or incomplete information or documentation.

3. Reconciliation of book to tax income.

4. Working & Technical knowledge of Form 4562 , Form 4797 , Form 8990

5. Take incoming calls from clients to answer tax questions and set up tax preparation appointments.

6. Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling.

7. Proactively attend to the needs of clients to inspire them to refer the services and come back the following year.

8. Uncover potential deductions and credits

9. Advise against potential tax liabilities

10. Develop , motivate, and train staff level team members.

11. Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax laws.

12. Provide timely , high quality client services that meets or exceeds client expectations.
