Looking for People with KYC Experience.
- Assign reviews to the Trust Account Review Analysts. This can be in conjunction with reports received from the Trust, Business Supervision Controls (BSC) team.
- Additionally, will be expected to complete a high low volume of account reviews with minimal to no errors. In order to be current with the review process so guidance and training can be provided.
- Establish weekly metrics to monitor completion for all reviews due each month.
- Monitor all outstanding exceptions from review questions that were not completed.
- Coach and guide analysts through initial training and ongoing support for both content and use of the related systems (SEI's SWP Trust Accounting, Compliance Services (InvestEdge), Trident Record Management, and Universal Desktop).
- Work closely with the BSC team to establish and/or adjust administrative review questions in Compliance Services (InvestEdge).
- Review questions periodically with Personal Trust and IMFS Directors. Understand any changes required from the business directly or indirectly from our second (Risk and Compliance) and third (Internal Audit) lines of defense.
- Approve submitted reviews. Track account reviews that are rejected and the reason why. Look for ways to automate or simplify this process.
- Perform a quality check on a set percentage of Personal Trust and IMFS periodic reviews that were submitted by the analysts with the goals of confirming the responses and providing any coaching for misidentified items. The percentage should be discussed with the BSC team since it is reported internally at Trust committees.
- Look for ways to continuously improve the reviews presented to the analysts, including the ordering of the questions, consolidation of questions, and the management of risk.
- Meet periodically with the BSC team to provide feedback on any questions, issues, or concerns.
- Review monthly reports created by BSC for committees in order to confirm accuracy.
