Senior Associate - Transactions - Law Firm

- Drafting, negotiating and vetting of various commercial agreements/contracts including without limitation shareholders- agreements, share purchase agreements, master services agreements, distribution, franchise agreements, collaboration agreement, privacy policies, IT Services contracts, joint-venture agreements etc.

- Assisting and conducting legal due diligence for mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions

- Advising clients on various aspects of Indian corporate and commercial law

- Experience in arbitration matters pertaining to the drafting of Statement of Claim, Statement of Defence, Rejoinders, etc.

- Assist the immediate Partners/Senior Partners in the research work including case-laws research, technical research etc.
