Designation: Senior Associate

Notice Period: Immediate

Responsibilities: 

- Prepare and maintain high quality financial models ad valuation analysis.

- Prepare draft reports, tables, exhibits, and charts on a wide range of assignments.

- Conduct financial and market analysis as well as economic and industry research.

- Assist in auditing valuation related reviews and appraising third party valuations reports.

- Review and summarize engagement related documentation.

- Review and input financial data into various models or workbooks.

Qualifications and Requirements: 

- MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant or at least CFA (US) Level 2 cleared.

- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Should have hands on experience of using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method and other valuation techniques.

- Familiarity with financial statement analysis and business concepts.

- Proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated ability to generate a quality work product in a timely manner with strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication and Client management skills.

- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
