Experience in International Capital raising, IPO, etc would be an added advantage - Levels of Experience : Mid Management - Industry of Experience : Ideally Investment Banking/Merchant Banking Co/ Transaction Advisory of Audit Firm - Experience of Team Management : Ideally handled a decent team
