Senior Associate - Tax & Compliance

Responsibilities for this position include:

- Provide U.S. tax analysis of transactions

- Handle tax reporting for investors and tax filings

- Coordinate various foreign tax reporting requirements

- Contribute to development and enhancement of technological systems

- Interface with other areas of firm

- Participate in departmental and divisional initiatives

- Contribute to delivery of K-1s to investors on a timely basis

- Manage/supervise small staff

- Compliance for all tax returns including individuals, partnerships & some corporate tax returns

- Researching and planning
