Senior Talent acquisition Associate| IT recruitment |Leading e-commerce firm|Chennai|Work from OFFICE

We are looking for a SENIOR Talent acquisition associate -IT /Tech recruitment for a leading e-commerce firm in Chennai . Location Gundy . Work from office.

Role Specifics ; Day in the Life:

1. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent across the region

2. You will be advising managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets

3. Your primary focus will be to recruit for our Technology organization, depending on business needs

4. Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities

5. Partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates

6. Effectively collaborate with our highly effective team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators

7. Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems

8. Executing the Employer Branding Initiatives for Chennai market

Must have skills :

1. Education : Bachelors in Engineering / Masters in Human Resource Management

2. Experience : 3 yrs to 5 yrs in Tech Hiring role as Recruiter

3. Technology Hiring : The ideal candidate should have proven experience on closing roles like; React Native, PHP Developer, Android & iOS Developers, Testing - Selenium & Appium, AWS Cloud Engineers, API Developers

4. Strong communication skills : Should have very strong spoken and written communication. Tamil speaking is a must for this role. At a senior TA role, we need to head-hunt top talent and explain very clearly why CashKaro is the right opportunity for them

5. Stakeholder Management - Must have proven experience including Internal and External Stakeholders

6. Source Mix Management : Must have extensive exposure in managing source mix ; both Internal & External; like Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be an expert at using job portal. Should be able to train teams, understand complex searches and best practices in using these platforms. Well versed with Github, Kaggle, Klout, Behance, Dribble, etc.

7. Should align with our Core Cultural Aspects like Hustle, Ownership, Hunger to learn and self improve and Show respect

8. Strong headhunting skills with ability to conduct to market research and hence map target passive candidates through Company Mapping

9. Must possess Negotiation Skills and understanding for CTC Calculation

10. Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company

11. High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook

Good to Have Skills :

1. Networking Skills : For roles the candidate has worked on, they should have database of top candidates : The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have a strong database of top talent across roles like React, PHP, Selenium, Appium etc.

2. Application Tracking System : Fresh Teams / Workday / Brass Ring / Corner Stone / Turbo Hire

3. Preferable to have analytical abilities and past experience to preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint
