YOUR ROLE We're looking for Senior Associate to accelerate our strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, recommending, and closing strategic business opportunities THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU'LL BE DOING - Support the management of full partnership cycle from prospecting, on-boarding to on-going management - Research potential partners, identify key players and generate interest through networks, cold calls, and emails - Develop partner on boarding plan - Maintain ongoing partner relationship - Occasionally - Liaise with Legal team and prepare proposals, SOWs & contract and for partnership programs - Work with Partners to develop sales pipeline - Maximize revenue from existing partnerships - Establish methods and practices to generate new business from each new partner - Devise programs for each partnership designed to attract qualified sales leads - Ensure the operation and accuracy of data on the CRM - Work alongside other Account executives to help them reach lead targets - Understand org level revenue targets and contribute to pipeline generation by streamlining all internal people &amp; processes - Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for closure - Provide management with feedback impacting partnership programs - Additional duties as assigned WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE - Partner sales and/or alliance development experience. - Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, sales teams, product management, and account management teams - Great work ethic and proven team-building skills. - Exceptional communications skills - both written and verbal - Ability to prospect new customers through research, networking, and cold-reach-outs. - Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations
