Description

- Proactively source investment opportunities by building relationships within the startup ecosystem, including founders, incubators, and accelerators.

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and assess potential investments.

- Contribute to the development of investment strategies

- Build relationships with venture capital and private equity firms to identify potential investment opportunities.

- Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior management.

- Manage and monitor portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance when necessary.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in financial services, venture capital, and private equity.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.

- Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Profile

A successful Senior Associate' should have:

- 5-7 years of overall experience in venture capital, or private equity in the FS/Fintech space only

- Open to any location as a work-from-home arrangement can be made.

- Candidate should come with investment experience in the banking and financial services industry.
