Senior Associate/Specialist - Client Solutions - Financial Services Firm

Role : Client Solution Associate.

Location : Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

- Senior Associate - Client Solutions works directly to support and manage project inquiries coming from our Financial Services client firms based in the region.

- The Senior Associate - Client Solutions, is responsible for coordinating and executing short and mid-term client projects and activities.

- As a Senior Associate within the Client Solutions team, you will be a pivotal member of our client service function, responsible for understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients.

- You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

- This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of our service offerings and industry landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their strategic objectives and ensuring the company delivers on their expectations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.

Project Management:

- Lead the end-to-end management of client projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams (research, sales, operations) to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet client goals and deadlines.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Solution Development and Customization:

- Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, and tailor company's service offerings to meet their specific needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized research methodologies, recruiting strategies, and engagement plans.

- Facilitating educational interactions between our experts (including industry executives, independent consultants, academics, and former policy makers across all sectors) and our clients.

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

- Analyze data and insights gathered from the company engagements to provide actionable recommendations and strategic insights to clients.

- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner through written reports and presentations.

Market and Industry Expertise:

- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities relevant to clients' businesses.

- Leverage industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and insights.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the Client Solutions team.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company's service offerings based on client feedback and market insights.

An ideal candidate will have the following:

- Up to 4-6 years of experience, ideally in full-fledged client-facing/servicing roles that could be in consulting, Financial Services, market research, or other professional services or start-up environment.

- Strong can-do attitude and track record of business growth/turnaround.

- Successful track record of working in fast-paced, client service environment.

- Client-focused/driven individuals - must be able to innovate to be a problem solver for clients.

- Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills in English and willingness to call and engage senior professionals.

- Understanding of the business climate.
