Senior Associate - Sales - EdTech (0-8 yrs)

Bangalore/Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 1120072

We are hiring for Sales and Sr. Sales Associate in Gurugram and Bangalore.

Qualification - Graduation

Experience - 2 to 7 years( freshers can also apply, CTC will be as per the experience)

Location - Bangalore and Gurugram ( work from office)

Salary - Best in the industry

Company - Renowned ED-Tech company

Shifts - Not remote - Need to be in GGN or BLR office, 6 days a week - no weekends off - fixed day off between Mon-Thu. Work from office only

Incentives - based on number of conversions and process adherence (subject to change) -

US/UK/ European, APAC and Indian shifts (10k night shift allowance for employees working in night shifts.

You will be having a fixed shifts

US - (shift time: 8pm 8am, 9hrs shift)

UK/Europe - (shift time: 3.30pm 2am, 9 hrs shift)

APAC - (shift time: 4am 2pm, 9hrs shift)

Skills and Experience :

- Prior experience and confidence in over-the-phone sales, preferably in high ticket products/services (More than one year experience in inside sales).

- Mature and disciplined approach to work with an approachable and vibrant personality.

- Demonstrated customer centricity with a focus on understanding customers core needs and effectively aligning product offerings with the same

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency) with strong comprehension and articulation skills. (additional regional language proficiency is a plus for India)

- Must be a team player with the ability to work independently with minimum oversight, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

- Basic proficiency in CRM management and handling spreadsheets

- Understanding of US & Canada / UK & European / APAC customer preferences /Understanding customer preferences of premium segment in India

Job Description :

- Consulting prospective customers & converting them to paid customers for premium and personalized K-12 Math learning program through a need-based and personalized selling approach

- Understanding core learning needs of students through their parents, and aligning the offerings of the program to the same through phone, email and text

- Handling customer objections in a consultative manner to close sales

- Identifying and generating references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

- Adhering to the defined inside sales process, tools and data management logic to ensure a high number of enrolments with the minimum churn for the assigned set of prospects

- Onboarding the learner after closing a sale, and maintaining the relationship between company and the customer

- Coordinating and resolving queries of customers & teacher partners

- Highlighting issues through parent feedback and helping with effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.

- Maintaining updated contextual information in the CRM platform with details pertaining to discussions & lead stage changes in real time
