Position-Sr.Associate- Risk & Policy - SME & LAP

Job location - Delhi

CTC- Upto 22LPA

Experience: Should have minimum6 to 7 yrs experience

Purpose of the Role: To undertake key tasks pertaining to Risk Management for the SME Finance vertical (LAP, SCF, SME, CF LOBs), drive the same with support of team and working closely with all stakeholders like sales, credit, collections, product, operations, compliance etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively working with the front-line teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate capture of critical data points w.r.t. borrower and collateral to enable subsequent monitoring, reporting and analytics

2. Interacting with stakeholders across departments to understand risk implications of existing policy frameworks and defining risk appetite limits for the LOBs

3. Providing support to ensure RBI & other regulatory compliance

4. Driving special projects in Risk assessment as & when required

5. Monitoring Through-The-Door (TTD) business onboarded under the Credit Policy framework - for concentration risk, geographical trends etc.

6. Responsible to provide Audit Support

7. Work on new product programs that enhance scope of business opportunities

8. Responsible for Industry research & Early Warning System framework
