Roles and Responsibilities:

- Tracking of supplies of equipment and materials for opening new retail stores of the Company, reconstruction of retail stores of the Company;

- Develop fixture with suppliers together with engineering team;

- Preparation of data for TOR in terms of commercial equipment and materials for closing the Companys stores;

- Together with the accounting department, it organizes mutual settlements with suppliers, monitors the state of accounts payable arising in connection with the purchase of products;

- Prepares a forecast for suppliers in order to ensure a sufficient amount of equipment and materials for the needs of the Company;

- Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget;

- Assesses and prevents risks that could lead to delays in production, shipment and delivery of commercial equipment and materials, their damage at any stage;

- Together with the accounting department and the controlling department, he monitors and controls the correctness of the implementation of operations (CAPEX) for accounting for equipment in the SAP system.

- Work in Ariba, SAP, Bizagi to place the orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Strong communication skills

- Strong process and project management skills

- Proficiency on MS Office Applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point

- Ability to influence and drive consensus and solutions with cross functional teams

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence,

- Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently; additional language skills beneficial

- Ability to travel both domestic and internationally as needed
