Senior Associate - Property Finance Controller - Shared Services Center (5-9 yrs)
Job description includes but is not limited to:
- Participation in preparation of the monthly actual executive reporting package (analysis and results interpretation with the emphasis on deviations from budget, forecasts and action plans, preparation of presentations)
- Participation in preparation of a standard rolling forecasts management reporting package including analytical support with key metrics, track savings goals, deviations from budget and action plans, risks and opportunities review and preparation of presentations
- Participation in preparation of annual budget (key metrics, source of changes, analysis and interpretation of Regional budgets)
- Responsible for the reconciliation of the intercompany transactions reporting (actuals/forecasts/budget)
- Development of planning processes and management reporting by working with Regional teams on quality, consistency and accuracy improvement
- Participation in building analytical and reporting templates with advanced Excel knowledge
- Close cooperation with Regional finance teams to fulfill controlling function - ad hoc analytical tasks and requests
Essential requirements:
- Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting - CA/ICWA
- Fluent English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word; must have solid experience in Excel data manipulations, e.g., Pivot Tables)
- Hyperion reporting systems knowledge will be an asset
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in finance including controlling, management accounting as a plus
- Capable of carrying out multiple tasks or projects in parallel, able to delivery results in dynamic environment under time pressure
- Strong team player in a global team environment
- Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and timely work
