- Involved in a transaction involving establishment of joint venture entity in India consisting of domestic and foreign joint venture partners

- Assisted on transaction involving internal restructuring involving sale of one business unit of a group company to another group company by way of business transfer agreement .

- Involved in transaction consisting of majority stake acquisition foreign joint venture partner by way of share sale and purchase agreement wherein drafting of transaction documents, amendment of articles of association, statutory compliances for transfer of shares to non-resident was undertaken

- Assisted in transaction involving drafting, negotiating and amending shareholders agreement for diluting rights of a shareholder entity

- Involved in transaction consisting of restructuring of shareholding of foreign subsidiary and revision of the shareholders agreement with the non-voting management shareholder

- Assisted and involved in closing of private equity investment transaction in group entities engaged in business of wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products in India whereby due diligence of all the group entities, preparation of documents required for closing of transaction and transaction related analysis of applicable laws was conducted

- Assisted and involved in a transaction involving family settlement for division of business entities between family members, including overseeing the restructuring, drafting, negotiating and finalizing transaction documents, closing the transaction

- Involved in advising various exit options available to foreign investors from Indian entity and drafting the transaction documents therein

- Involved in assignments for legal due diligence of listed companies and private companies, companies with charitable objects and sole proprietorship business in view of proposed foreign investment, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investment and business transfers
