Senior Associate/Principal Associate - Legal - Law Firm

We are urgently looking candidates for the profile of Senior Associate/ Principal Associate (Employment & Labour Law) role with a Leading Law Firm in Delhi. 

Candidate will be responsible for following : 

- Drafting of employment agreements like Offer Letters, release agreements, termination letters; secondment letters/agreements; show cause notices etc.

- Review of Human Resource policies including prevention of sexual harassment policies

- Advising clients on Downsizing, Closure, Layoffs, Terminations etc.

- Due Diligence on human resource and employment related issues, under the provident funds law (For Expat) bonus law, gratuity law etc.
