Involved in advising government bodies, banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations and funds on cross-border lending transactions, derivatives &amp; structured finance transactions and financial regulatory issues and financiers and lessors in crossborder aviation finance. 5. Corporate finance, project &amp; infrastructure finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, derivatives, debt capital markets &amp; structured finance and debt restructuring and regulatory issues. experience in representing borrowers and issuers. 6. Work in corporate lending, structured finance, securitisation . debt recovery, real estate finance, derivatives, project finance and external commercial borrowing transactions. CTC - As per industry standards
