Senior Associate/Principal Associate - General Corporate - Law Firm

We are urgently looking candidates for the profile of Senior Associate/Principal Associate General Corporate Team with Leading law firm in Mumbai.

Candidate will be responsible for following:

- Candidate should have good experience in Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions

- Drafting, vetting and reviewing the commercial contracts and agreements

- Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity (Due Diligence, Drafting, Negotiation and Deal Closure)

- Advising clients on general corporate matters and queries

- Should be able to handle clients independently.
