Senior Associate - Payroll - BFSI (4-10 yrs)
Sr. UK Payroll Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of UK Payroll
- Processing Weekly and Monthly Payroll for clients based in UK with Payroll Processing Reports.
- Reconciliation of Payroll, Auditing.
- Ensuring overtime and expenses are signed off by the correct level of authorisation before payment. Deducting the correct amount of pension contributions, income tax, National Insurance
- Run reports and produce P45, P60 and sending EPS and FPS to HMRC to comply with RTI
- Preparing and sending form P32 to all the clients every month.
- Calculating and processing Statutory Pay such as Maternity pay, Paternity pay, Sick pay and Adoption pay
- Processing Statutory deductions such as Student Loan, Attachments, PAYE, and National Insurance.
- Filing Year end returns which includes the following form submissions to HMRC
