Senior Associate - Non-Market Risk - Sales & Trading - Bank

Our client, a leading global bank, is looking for a Senior Associate Non-Market Risk - Sales & Trading in Mumbai

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review sales & trading exception reports on a daily basis and identify issues and escalate to business teams

2. Create a trend analysis of the issues identified during trade surveillance

3. Suggest remedial actions for recurring trader or client behavior

4. Interact with sales & trading supervisors with regard supervisory issues, exceptions and necessary sign-offs

5. Review internal policy breaches on a daily basis, investigate, educate and escalate

6. Develop business requirements documents and procedures for strategic initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

1. CA or MBA or PG in Finance

2. 2.5 -6.5 years (can stretch a bit) experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Trade surveillance and / or Trading Support focusing on sales and trading issues

3. Knowledge of equities markets and understanding of applicable regulatory regulations

4. Strong focus on the mechanics of a control environment, including escalation and risk-related issues

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
