Senior Associate/Manager - M&A/Private Equity/Project Finance - Big4 (4-6 yrs)
Qualification: MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant /CFA (USA) all levels
Experience : Project Finance/ Structured debt team of a bank/institution/ investment bank/ advisory firms/ corporates
Role Brief :
- Associate/Manager will work with transaction manager in the entire transaction lifecycle starting from lead management, preparation of pitchbook, transaction collateral (IM, Financial Model) to deal consummation.
- The job would also involve full ownership of internal and external documentation, compliance and MIS
Competencies:
- Strong Financial Modelling, presentation and written skills using MS Office.
- Ability to independently handle debt transactions.
- Capability to handle client and other external stakeholder situations in the project lifecycle.
