1. Support L&OD Partner in compiling, standardizing, analyzing and understanding various training & developmental needs captured through different sources
2. Support in planning training interventions and inputs for quarterly training calendar
3. Support in Company's Corporate University programs roll-out as per calendar
4. Coordinate training programs roll-out independently starting from announcements to nomination status tracking to sending invites to record learning to feedback closure to administration of pre & post-assessments, if any
5. Manage training logistics for various in-house classroom/virtual programs independently
6. Liaise with external vendors for both internal as well as external training programs participation
7. Consolidate and analyze training attendance and feedback data for all relevant Training programs
8. Support the L&OD COE annual initiatives such as but not limited to - 360 degree feedback initiative resulting in focused actions plans of interventions basis the analysis of respective SBUs aligned with, employee engagement initiative (promoting, reporting, action planning post the results)
9. Design flyer/mailer creatives for various announcements, engagement activities, communication reinforcements and other campaigns
10. Prepare trackers, monthly and/or quarterly MIS, reports, presentations and CEO narrative independently
11. Benchmarking company with industry best practices in L&OD space
