Senior Associate - Investment Banking - Real Estate Domain - CA/IIT/IIM/ISB

Education : IIT/IIM/ISB /CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Prior experience in working on transactions in Real Estate sector will be an added advantage

- Ability to independently handle the transaction execution process

- Responsible for financial analysis, modeling & valuation

- Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations

- Organize and participate in ideation session / meetings

- Evaluate and provide inputs /comments on Share Purchase Agreements / Shareholder Agreement / MOU

- Ensure due diligence, collection, collation and analysis of client information, financial implications, regulatory implications for documentation purpose
