Senior Associate - Investment Banking - CA (2-6 yrs)
Core deliverables
a. Be part of the founding team and play an active role in IB deal advisory and management consultancy assignments.
b. Work with deep industry data, study market trends, research reports, peer study-mapping, turnaround & optimization strategies, project-funding viability study, business forecasts avenues.
c. Mapping fund raise scenarios, viability study & preparation of financial models-IMs-pitch decks.
d. Willingness to travel across India for assignment deliverables (need basis-post covid normalisation scenario)
Academic qualification & experience
a. Qualified CA 2-6 years of experience in areas of core deliverables.
b. Sharp with financial statement analysis, modelling and pitch decks.
c. Willingness to dive into new domains like legal, market data points, technology and come out with structured thoughts.
d. Hunger to learn, execute, unlearn relearn & execute.
e. Good communication-drafting skills, ability to interact with clients and reach out to agencies as required.
Future road map:
Rise to level of independent deal manager, managing end to end origination to execution.
