Senior Associate - Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

- Deal Execution while maintaining communication with the investors and the client.

- Preparing collaterals for debt as well as equity funding proposals.

- Leading engagement with the team & clients and deal execution as per the set deadlines.

- Managing client coordination for creating proposals, memorandums and answer investors queries.

- Preparing Industry Reports, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Benchmarking, Due Diligence, Valuation, and Investor Relations.

- Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking.

- Resolve team & client/investor queries while preparing documents

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in deal execution

- Good understanding of Investment banking - Debt or Equity.
