Senior Associate - Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

- Monitoring the portfolio companies, sourcing deals and conducting transactions 

 - Evaluating deals, building extensive financial models and creating valuation reports 

- Structuring pitchbooks and implementing best practices 

- Perform market research to identify new investment opportunities in their respective sector 

- Research about the target company and communicate with their existing customer to gather data 

- Coordinating deal-related due- diligence and facilitating deal executions 

- Research on potential competitors of the target company 

 - Analyze the data received through primary and secondary research 

- Perform valuation analysis via modeling 

 - Review and summarize confidential information memorandums (CIMs) that contains information about future potential investment opportunities 

- To manage analysis and oversight of investments on behalf of the firm. 

- Assist and advise Management in the development and implementation of the acquired company's business strategy 

- Assist in the acquisition of future companies and sourcing of capital 

 - Analyze potential exit opportunities for the current portfolio investment.

The Person:

- The individual must have 10-15 years of experience in asset management/private equity and investment banking.The experience of port business is a must. 

- The individual must have a strong grasp of various aspects of finance 

 - Prior experience across various asset classes 

- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task 

- The individual must have the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure. 

- Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries
