Senior Associate - Indirect Taxation - NBFC

We have an opportunity for the role of Sr Associate - Taxation (Indirect) with the leading NBFC based out of Delhi.

Job Location - Delhi

Job Description -

- Prepare and review tax calculations, estimate & report accruals and purpose partnering with a country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms

- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Company on a timely basis

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate income tax and GST returns

- Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters

- Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Company and represent the Company before various tax authorities.

- Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally

- Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters of the Company

- Lead and coordinate ad-hoc tax-driven business initiatives locally or regionally

- Assist and guide in obtaining approval & registration under various tax regulatory

- Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through an informed application of tax laws and regulations

- The experienced person for handling Indirect Taxation (Service Tax, VAT and GST Implementation etc).

- The candidate should be able to take care of end to end tax activities (Tax returns, tax filings, tax refunds,tax document maintenance, tax audit, and appeals and litigation).
