Skillset requirements :
1. Knowledge of learning and development best practices
2. Experience with Training need analysis
3. Strong internal communication, presentation skills and Project Management skills
4. Should have experience in Stakeholder Management (Indian context)
5. Expertise in Vendor on-boarding, identification and related Budget Management.
6. Experience with e-learning and classroom learning modules along with induction
7. Extensive knowledge and experience in managing LMS (Learning Management system)
8. Certification in psychometric tools will be an added advantage
