HR solution & change management consulting

- Business Analysis: Is able to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders, including associates and end users. Is able to manage customer expectations and work in a dynamic environment to ensure quality deliverables

- Functional Expertise: Able to quickly understand and learn varied processes across HR, Recruitment/Staffing and fulfillment processes. This will help contribute to business transformation needs, transform problems into opportunities to fine-tune processes and/or build-update current systems solutions, recommend both process and systems modernization (when required).

- Requirements Development and Management: Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable. Ensure the requirements are well documented, reviewed with right stakeholder and approvals sought on time to ensure timely initiation of design/development tracks. Wireframes, where required, need to be prepared (for internal solutions) and/or enforced from the partner teams (for SaaS solutions).

- Exceptional documentation skills - is able to independently create, maintain and manage project artifacts - BRDs, wireframes, Use Cases, Project Plans etc. Ensure all project documentation are up-to-date all the time and complete in all respects.

- Facilitation/Coordination and interpersonal skills: Experience in managing cross-functional business and technology stakeholders (i.e, Business Analysts, Tech/Enterprise Architects, Business SMEs, Testing, Developers etc.). Should have prior experience working on the complex implementation of transformations programs (combination of in-house, SaaS and on-prem products). Good interpersonal skills will help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (internal and external).

- Project Management and Governance - is well versed with collating, preparing, maintaining of governance materials and reports (Project Plans, AIs, Risks-Issues, Governance materials for PMO and Steering Committee etc.) and is able to chair program calls as and when required. Is very well averse to SDLC and delivered projects using Agile/waterfall methodologies.

- Change Management - is able to work with process leads and prepare collaterals, guides, FAQs etc. and do the role of change agent/trainer for new systems implementations/rollouts.

- Implementation Experience: Must have prior experience in executing large transformation programs (preferably on SaaS platforms - dealing with complex integrations with legacy systems, large data migration etc.).
