Roles & Responsibilities :
- Employee life cycle management of Contractual Associates
- Managing the employee background verification process
- Productivity Analysis of Sales team
- Ensuring data accuracy of employee's records at all points of time
- Managing disciplinary cases both for Permanent & Contractual Staff
- Driving Employee Engagement practices & ensuring participation of Associates in E learning, C learning Programs
- Preparing HR Dashboards & HR Metrics
