Senior Associate - HR Business Partner - KPO/IT/Consulting Firm (2-4 yrs)

Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai/Bangalore Job Code: 1162141

1. Screen and recommend candidates to hiring managers, handle reference checks, HR round, and closing the offer.

2. Working closely with the managers on getting candidate feedback.

3. Coordinate with external recruitment consultants on candidates.

4. Maintaining a recruiting tracker of candidate details and updating it on a regular basis.

5. Establish and maintain on-going relationships with employment agencies; negotiate contracts for the best possible fee structure.

6. Key contact for internal applicants; manage internal posting and employee referral programs.

7. Responsible for managing all running the performance review tasks on the HR system (generate reviews, track review completion, addressing employee queries).

8. Preparing promotion meeting decks.

9. Generating and checking Bonus and compensation memos.

10. Engaging in performance improvement plan conversations.

11. Working closely with global HR stakeholders to run the process for global employees.

12. Working on team hiring and expense budgets.

13. Independently and accurately, update and track people movements in grade level, compensation levels using HR systems to ensure zero-defect in employee's profile.

14. Running class pulse check and tracking results and accordingly design initiatives.

15. Providing support on the worldwide employee survey process

16. Supports with LBF and Vector trainings, integration and engagement activities

17. Providing support in compensation benchmarking process

18. Create start up schedules for all LBF hires to ensure proper integration and induction

19. Coordinates exit process for all LBF and Vector staff to ensure smooth transitions, prepares all paperwork, agreements and packets and reviews with employee, communicates departure to appropriate office staff and, completes relevant payroll paperwork and HRIS entry.
