Senior Associate - Health Delivery - PPP Infrastructure - Big4

We have an opportunity with one of the BIG 4 for Health Delivery Role for PPP infrastructure Projects at Senior Associate level.

Education : CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background or Masters in Hospital / Health Management with experience on infrastructure side or policy / regulation side.

Location : Delhi / NCR

Experience : 3 to 5 years of relevant post qualification experience.

- Ability and willingness to travel, as needed on long term assignments across the country.

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize Health sector projects to be developed on PPP

- Assist clients in developing projects in health sector domain from infrastructure creation to service delivery

- Assist and advise clients on the development and evaluation of their PPP financial models

- Preparation and development of bidding documents including concession agreement

- Help client and team in Bid process management including application, RFQs and Bid evaluation

- Support clients in negotiating PPP transactions including the drafting and reviewing of bid documentation, issue papers, and reports for external use

- Provide support to the preparation of PPP proposals to target clients

- Proactively engage with clients to understand short and long term perspective

- Develop views on policy and regulatory matters

- Participate in Infrastructure/ PPP conferences and other marketing initiatives

- Understanding of how to conduct effective analysis on infrastructure projects, Public Private Partnerships/Private Finance Initiatives from a financial and economic perspective

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Project Finance, Government Planning Agencies, Infrastructure Development, or Investment Firms.
