Senior Associate - General Corporate - Law Firm - LLB

We are looking for a Senior Associate General Corporate with one of the leading LAW FIRM in Mumbai.

Position: Senior Associate General Corporate

Role Description:

He/she will be responsible for:

- Corporate Transactions and Advisory.

- Drafting, vetting and reviewing the commercial contracts and agreements.

- Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity (Due Diligence, Drafting, Negotiation and Deal Closure).

- Advising clients on general corporate matters and queries

- Should be able to handle clients independently.

Reporting Structure: The role reports to the Partner.

Job Location: Mumbai

Education and Experience:

- 4-7 years of post qualification experience in general corporate, M&A advisory and transactions.

- LLB from tier I and II institutes.

- Excellent Communication Skills.
