Job Description: Our client, a corporate law firm is looking for a Senior Associate who will be assigned work in the areas of general corporate and commercial. - Key role and responsibility will include providing a high quality legal service to all their clients - Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents - Establishing what needs to be done for solving clients- problem - Offering advice on the law, legal procedures and a wide range of associated issues - Attending and representing them at client meetings - Leading and successfully running legal and title due diligence work and preparing reports on the same - Researching on legal issues involved to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedures - Effectively delegating work to associates and supervising the work effectively - Providing support and guidance to more junior members of the team - Developing and maintaining good client relationship skills, gaining clients- confidence and that of other professionals - Ensure timeliness of billing and collection.
