Roles and responsibilities:

1. Identify problems along the supply chain to understand and develop solutions to brands', suppliers', and manufacturers' pain points

2. Conduct primary research by speaking with clients and various stakeholders to derive insights, feedback, and learnings.

3. Drive secondary research, competitive analysis, and sift through data to develop product and GTM strategy

4. Lead the various strategy, product and operations projects in mission mode and troubleshoot wherever necessary

Key Requirements:

1. 3-6 years of experience in multifunctional, product strategy, business strategy, operations, management consulting and founder's office roles

2. Education background - IIM, ISB, IITs (top 5), SRCC, BITS Pilani or equivalent

3. Strong business & problem solving acumen; possess an analytical mind

4. Open to work in all conditions (client offices or factory floors) and all stakeholders

5. Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills

6. Ability for solutioning through data-led interventions and product-first approach

7. Adept in using Microsoft office, basic SQL and Google products

Nice to haves:

1. Previous experience of working in very fast and high responsibility setups

2. Comfort with ambiguity and working across multiple time zones

3. Previous experience in fashion, apparel manufacturing and supply chain
