Senior Associate - Financial Planning & Analysis - IT/ITeS

Your responsibilities as a Senior Associate Business Operations L2 ( Financial Planning & Analysis) -

- Exp in following areas must and should be highlighted on cv before sharing with us - Variance Analysis, P&L , Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (including but not limited to the preview of P&L Statement, Balance Sheets) with consistent compliance on accounting standards

- Clear understanding on P&L and various Financial Levers- Revenue, Cost, Margin with its P&L Impact

- High blend of 'Requirement Identification' for Managerial Reporting & ability to scale the deliverables up in the value chain

- Prior experience in Contract Profitability, Rate Card Assessment, Cost Sheets, Revenue Cost Margin Analysis & Margin Reporting in line with corporate guidelines

- Proven prior experience with dealing with large set of data in a Financial Set-up with strong usage of MS Excel

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams/ peers to validate data & information that has upstream usage for managerial purpose

- Stakeholder management, relationship building, process governance & mentoring the junior staff to ensure collective success

- Manage & perform management reporting related tasks for financials related to assigned agencies

- Management of key stakeholders, process governance & mentoring the junior staff to ensure collective success

You will fit right in if you have -

- Preferrable a commerce graduate (B. Com) &/or MBA- Finance/ ICWA/ CA with ~8 to 10 years of incremental experience in Finance & Accounts in Managerial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis Roles

- Prior experience with roles focused to finance & accounts core functions in Shared Services/ Corporate Finance/ Consulting Environment with strong focus on process improvements

- Expert level knowledge in MS Excel & its advance functions with well versed knowledge in Finance & Accounts Fundamentals & strong P/L basics

- Working with largely practiced ERPs (SAP, Oracle etc.) & Planning Tools (Hyperion, Smart View, Anaplan etc)

- Candidate should be willing to RTO (Gurgaon SEZ) for 2-3 Days / Week or as per the applicable policies
