Hiring for Top Global Managament Consulting Firm POSITION SUMMARY : This is an experience level position in the finance team, which requires specialized practical knowledge regarding Revenue & Receivables process, its accounting impact in local books, supporting various regional & global reporting requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES : - Ownership of Revenue process covering activities such as Revenue Accrual, Client invoicing, DSO management - Follow up with team/client on collection, Review of account balances, recording of collections - Analytical mindset to run commercial agenda for business - Variance reporting, reporting by exception & MIS preparation - Ensure adherence to Contract and other internal compliances - Stakeholder management (Internal and external) and work collaboratively with cross functional teams - Perform month end closing activities - Support on various projects including development & refining of internal controls/policies and communicating it to office, Ability to work independently on project QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA or Post Graduation from a recognized university - 2-4 years post qualification experience in Finance/Accounting (preferably in revenue/receivable process) - Working knowledge of SAP, other financial systems, and MS office Skills : - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Proven analytic comfort and ability - Ability to work with the management members while maintaining enforcement of corporate and local policies - Team player, Attention to detail, Sound sense of judgment - Self-motivated and self-starter, Ability to react quickly and efficiently to crises - Proactive, good organization and planning skills
