Location : Mumbai Role : Full Time Designation : Senior Associate Grade : Business Function : Equity Capital Markets (ECM) &amp; Private Equity (Financial Sponsors) Coverage Years of Experience : 3 - 5 Years Qualifications : CA / MBA from Tier I institute (IIMs (ABLIK), ISB, FMS, SPJIMR, NMIMS, JBIMS) Reporting Into : Vice President Key Skills Required -&nbsp; Functional: - 3-5 years of experience of working on PE transactions; experience on ECM deals will be an add-on - Candidates having successfully closed PE transactions and with relationship with PE funds, would be preferred - Sound understanding of Financial Statement Analysis and broader valuation concepts - Good communication / drafting skills - Technical Skill: Proficient in using MS-Excel, Powerpoint, Financial Models Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Preparation of Pitchbook, Presentations and other Marketing Material - Assist the senior team in execution of PE/ECM transactions and Financial Sponsors coverage - Ensure due diligence - quality of deliverables from accuracy and clarity perspectives. - Collate and maintain backups and transaction records - Preparation of Financial Projections / Model - Conduct and participate in multiple party interactions to facilitate timely execution of transactions Behavioral Skills -&nbsp; - Personality - ability to handle the balance between client needs - Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines - Team Player
