Overview of the Role:
A multi-faceted role who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive employee engagement program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization.
Responsibilities Assumed:
- Training, managing and motivating a team of Executive, Analysts, and Associates
- Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting the management and functional teams
- Keeping abreast with the industry best practices and new trends in HR domain
- Analyzing the cost and budget for activities and ensuring alignment of activities with company values
- Working closely with the departments to facilitate the business needs
- Organizing firm-wide employee satisfaction surveys, deriving inferences from the results and presenting to the management
- Managing, Planning and communicating the annual reviews and appraisals including conducting round table discussions with managers
- Improving touchpoints and joining ratio of new hires through effective communication and engagement
- Organizing, end to end managing and budgeting for firm-wide events such as festival celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc.
- Formulating and updating company policies as per firm's strategy and keeping employee handbooks relevant and aligned with firm's policies
- Working towards improving the employee experience (e.g. Including the mentorship/ buddy program)
- Managing and resolving employee grievances associated with induction, exits etc.
Prerequisites:
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
- Creative and having an eye for details
- Strong analytical ability
- Team Management
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of latest trends and industry best practices
- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Candidate Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (MBA in Human Resources preferred)
Compensation:
- Commensurate with industry standards
