Senior Associate - Dispute Resolution - Law Firm - LLB

We are looking for Senior Associate Dispute Resolution with one of the leading LAW FIRM in Mumbai.

Position: Senior Associate Dispute Resolution

Role Description:

He/she will be responsible for:

- Conducting litigation and dispute resolution matters.

- Drafting of pleadings, inter-alia, writ petitions, suits, applications, and claims, set-off and counter-claims, Special Leave Petitions etc.

- Appearances in the Hon'ble High Court, Hon'ble City Civil Court, National Company Law Tribunal and the Debt and Recovery Tribunal.

- Handling multiple arbitration proceedings from inception to enforcement of arbitral award/setting aside of an arbitral.

Reporting Structure:

The role reports to the Partner.

Job Location: Mumbai

Education and Experience:

- 4-7 years of post qualification experience in Dispute Resolution.

- LLB from tier I and II institutes.

- Excellent Communication Skills.
