Senior Associate Director - Admissions & Financial Aid (10-16 yrs)

The incumbent is responsible for attracting a superior quality of students into - degree like- programmes every year.S/He would need to strategize and develop marketing plans and drive marketing activities and admission processes in a cost effective manner. S/he will need to capitalize on all opportunities, budget and resources available with the School, its alumni, and students to not only generate leads but also get enough people to apply for the program, accept offers and matriculate. In doing so, s/he will have to structure effective marketing campaigns and manage the lead conversion process and facilitate the admissions process.Therefore, it is imperative that the person be aware of various push and pull marketing strategies, execute them and ascertain their effectiveness. The incumbent needs to be well versed in digital marketing strategies and be able to leverage various channels for targeted outcomes. Also, the person should be aware of the lead management systems and principles, and have an indepth understanding of B2B/B2C sales.

Must have skillset - 

- Management education from a reputed institute

- 12 - 15 years experience (mainly in target driven industries such as BFSI, FMCG etc)

- Experience in process will be an added advantage.

- Must have worked in blue chip organizations. Should be a well rounded individual with leadership qualities, aggressive towards achieving targets

- Should have worked more with collaboration and influencing (and less with formal authority), must have a flair for education space.

1. Excellent public speaking skills, interpersonal skills and communication skill (verbal/written)

2. Profit center management (should have managed top line and bottom line of a branch/Unit/ division/vertical/ channel),

3. Expertise in managing sales/business development/process/ initiatives of strategic nature

4. People/Team Management

5. Exposure of digital and new technologies of instructions/ communication

6. Multiple stake holder management (should be collaborative)

7. Networking skills

8. Entrepreneurial mindset

9. Influencing skills
